Yes, you must hold a current DVSA ADI badge (Part 3 qualified) to join as an instructor with Reliant Driver Training. We also welcome PDIs (trainee instructors) who hold a valid trainee licence.
Earnings vary based on hours worked and your local area. Full-time ADIs typically earn between £25,000 and £45,000 per year. With Reliant Driver Training you keep 100% of your lesson fees — we charge a flat monthly partnership fee, not a percentage cut.
This is a brand partnership, not a franchise. You are self-employed, keep all your lesson income, and are not tied into long contracts. Just 1 month's notice to leave.
We do not provide a car. You will need to use your own dual-control vehicle to deliver lessons.
