Reliant Driver Training was founded in 2023 by Colin Fairnie, based in Musselburgh, East Lothian. Colin set out to create a driving school that puts learners first — one where quality instruction, honest communication, and genuine care for each student's progress are non-negotiable.

We started close to home, covering East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, and Edinburgh. Since then we've grown our network of DVSA-approved partner instructors to cover over 500 locations across the UK — and we're still growing.
